How It Works
One scoop. Cold water. Shake and go.
1 Scoop in 8oz
Add one scoop for 8 oz of cold water (250 mL). Shake until fully dissolved. Half a sample pack.
2 Scoops in 16oz
Full sample pack size. Shake until fully dissolved. Add ice or dilute for taste preference.
3 Scoops in 24oz
For a bigger bottle or shaker cup. Same ratio, more GG. Do not exceed four servings daily.
