The art is honestly lovely, the colors make complete sense to Laimu, the quality is great and it makes me happy to grab a shaker for someone I have been following for years.

Chapter 1 - Customer Service:
Months prior to receiving my product, the shaker cup, I was a bit lost on when and where my product was, so I decided to get some help from customer service, and little did I know that they would give me the most straight forward, and honest help I have ever received from ANY company/store, 10/10 customer service, and even months later to that, they were top tier once more, polite, and clear to talk to, plus they are not shy to using emojis which makes the experience so much better!
Chapter 2 - The Cup:
As of receiving my cuper almost a month ago now (didn't know I could even leave a review so here I am now), the quality has DRAMATICALLY IMPROVED SINCE MY FIRST CUP in 2023, the lid, the rim, the cup itself and the filter thingy, it's all so much stronger, smoother, and grippier, yes, grippier, it's a blissful experience to drink out of, and I highly recommend getting one even if you don't drink their powder tub drink thingy ma bobs, I use mine for protein drinks at times and it's downright perfect, but personally, it feels criminal when I'm not drinking some GOOD juice from it! 11/10 for quality and 11/10 for picture quality. I'll try to get a good photo for the review checkers
Conclusion:
Highly, HIGHLY recommend! 20/10 will shop again
