All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) you will receive a shipping confirmation that your order has left our facility. Most orders will include a tracking number while some smaller orders will not. To keep your shipping and handling costs as low as possible we may forgo the option for a tracking number as it can sometimes more than double the cost to ship. We use USPS for all orders under 2 lbs.

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

I absolutely love the design, and use it whenever I go to work to bring my gamersups with me! It's great quality, and hasn't spilled yet! Overal amazing design and durability
Big fan of these cups but I wish they had a slightly larger version. All of the plastic is really solid though and the lid seals really well so I can't review it for less just because I'm some kind of caffeine pervert.
This cup is perfect. The size allows for the right amount of ice to be added to your drink, and the sample packets allowed me to find flavours that I love. Already bought more Supps to go with this. Never going back to redbull now!
I love this cup, I bring it everywhere with me.
I like the design, the print is a little misplaced on the one I bought. I miss the older prints like Nostalgia, Dark Passenger and Slime. Atm it's all the same print just different colours.
