Shipping Information

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) you will receive a shipping confirmation that your order has left our facility. Most orders will include a tracking number while some smaller orders will not. To keep your shipping and handling costs as low as possible we may forgo the option for a tracking number as it can sometimes more than double the cost to ship. We use USPS for all orders under 2 lbs.

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased within the last 15 days. The product is unopened, in its original packaging. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) and in new condition.You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return.

Only critique is that the lid is a little finicky, sometimes if you don't screw it on right it leaks—and it doesn't really lock super tight, just does the pill bottle thing of resetting. But, the decals are amazing quality, and the colors/art are really really vibrant and pretty. We love Mousey :)

Great product acceptable shipping

So the product itself is great! Tastes like described, perfect for get going in the morning. Sadly I had to ask to get any shipping information from customer support, which they did quickly but leaving the customer without any automated information with a tracking code / status, especially on their first order is kinda annoying.

Solid product

Absolutely wonderful art as usual one can expect buying cups on Gamersupps.gg. If you love the art and/or Ironmouse, this is certainly a worthy purchase for your Gamersupps-consuming needs!
