This has been helping me sleep better since i first stated taking it, only downside I have is the smaller amount of servings calling for refills at closer intervals than the normal tubs do.

Work great helps me sleep

The grape flavor really stands out from every other grape flavored product I've had. It helps me fall asleep way easier at night, and that means a lot for someone whose been an insomniac for all their life. One issue I have is that the texture kind of lingers in the back throat and it doesn't feel all that nice. But nonetheless, I would buy it again!

It tastes great, but to me, that doesn't really matter because it helps me get to sleep.
