This is my first AFK I bought and just opening the tub smelled amazing. It's a good flavor but you really should consider drinking it with something else, as water kinda makes it 'meh.' You don't get the full experience of the banana berry with water. Milk is better, you get a fuller taste, etc. Unless you can't have milk ofc. Other than that this is a good flavor and I wish it was in a normal tub because I could drink this all time. It also turns my brain off because it doesn't want to shut up until 2 AM, thank god for AFK. I never knew who crappy my sleeping habits were before it.

Legit this was my last option since i havent been sleeping well, and instead of a knock-out like a sleeping pill, this just puts me to sleep quite smoothly. Just wish the price wasnt THAT much. Plus it really should warn to mix some flavors with milk, cuz this one tasted awful in water

I take a scoop of this on Sunday nights to help me get to sleep. Works fast without feeling groggy in the morning. Taste is great and smooth.

Excellent flavor, delivers as advertised!

Tastes really good! The only problem is that it tends to separate a bit.
