      Definitely helps my ADHD brain slow down

      I’m not using it every night just so I don’t have a groggy sleep haze effect but flavor wise not too overpowering and no to much of a medicine taste

      It’s a great product. The flavor is sweet with just the right amount of blueberry and lemon without it being tart. And it has just right amount of sleep aid to give me the boost I need to actually sleep. 10/10 will definitely buy again.

      Like the potion I wish I had as an insomniac growing up

      I have had insomnia for most of my life. ADHD, anxiety, depression, and later PTSD can really do a number on your ability to sleep. This stuff actually helps me fall asleep in a way that feels good, and helps me stay relaxed when I'm asleep. My dreams are weird now, but this is a considerable upgrade from the constant night terrors I'm used to. I'm not saying this product is a cure for these things, but damn did it help me fall asleep in a way where my body recognized that it's actually Time To Rest Now. It tastes so smooth and it has a nice floral-lemon note- it's not sour, it's all gentle and mellow for easing you to bed. The blueberry doesn't overwhelm the lemon, and they play together really nicely. The drink itself is a very pretty dusty purple color, and aside from some slight powder at the end of the drink, its an incredibly smooth and silky flavor. Like, it straight up feels like someone handed me a potion for sleeping, and it works like a treat.

      Using AFK+ makes it easier going to bed, especially with two jobs and one bring 3rd shift. Most definitely plan on using this one, I like the flavor.
