This product for sure makes it easier to sleep. I have no idea how it works, but it knocks me out better than melatonin pills ever did, and it doesn't compromise my body's ability to manufacture melatonin and impair future sleep like melatonin pills do. I love it. I am getting into the habit of making a GG energy drink in the morning, drinking a soda at midday, and drinking AFK at night, for all day energy and restful sleep at the same time - something I have been trying to achieve for years! On top of that, the stuff tastes like one of my favorite drinks from the SoBe brand of fruit juice and tea drinks. I used to beg my mom to buy me that particular SoBe all the time because it is so good, even though SoBe was outside the price range she was comfortable with, so it wound up being a monthly luxury. Now it's my daily life! 10/10, WILL be buying again.

I genuinely really enjoy this flavor, it's the last thing i drink before sleep and first thing I drink when I wake up, easily my favorite one and will definitely be buying it again

It had a surprisingly strong flavor which I really liked
you can really tase the banana flavor
as for sleep still need to use it more to tell on whether or not it helps

The flavor is wonderful and it helps me slip into restful sleep. I tell my coworkers about it that have some trouble sleeping.

I've ordered a few flavors, this one being my favorite. They're great for not only helping me sleep, but feeling rested in the morning!
