      Good taste. Decent effect.

      Obviously this is Sleep support, not sleeping pills. I like the taste a lot as always however, ill never get past my dislike of the "not quite fully mixed" flavor that comes with most powder drinks. I have noticed myself actually sleeping through the nights more consistently but Melatonin is not supposed to be long term so be warned.

      Excellent flavor

      The flavor is subtle, just like I would expect from a lemon cake. More blueberry on the front end for me, and more lemony in the aftertaste. I get more of the "cakiness" flavor in the aftertaste, too. Overall, I really like it.
