This has been my favorite flavor of AFK. The best thing besides the flavor is the quality of sleep I get with it.

Smooth no overbearing taste. Mixes really well with no chalky bits. It does a really good job at softly bringing you down into a sleepy state to help prepare you for bed. Also have been waking up feeling more rested and ready for the day.

I think I have some sort of sleep condition that makes it hard to get enough sleep at night but this helps alot. I feel significantly more rested than I did before without it. This is especially useful whenever I work long shifts at work. Thank y'all!

I've only been using this for a few days, but so far I've found that it definitely puts you quickly to sleep. I've been enjoying taking it as part of my wind-down routine before bed, where I'll drink it in the shower before brushing my teeth and going to bed. The flavor is pretty tasty. Nothing to write home about but pretty good overall.

For my own personal use-case though, I never really had trouble falling asleep and was hoping to see more on the "stay asleep through the night" side of things. Unfortunately, I do still wake up 1-2 times over the course of the night but I do fall back asleep pretty easily. I want to try AFK+ for at least a week or two before deciding if it's for me long term.
