      My honest opinion

      I personally did not like this flavor.. but don't get it mixed up with it being a bad product because it is not it is still a great product.. the favor profile just wasn't for me.. to me it tasted airy if that makes sense. But that's the price we pay when we try new things but this is the only flavor out of the seven flavors I've tried that I did not like so if you are thinking about getting this product go for it. In general gamer Supps is really good. And everyone has a different profile for flavors

      Does make me hecking sleepy

      I've always had trouble falling asleep and decided to try this to help. And it does immediately make me feel drowzy and seems to help me fall asleep faster.

      Although the taste leaves something to be desired. It is pretty chalky or powdery. It can taste like drinking medicine kind of. It's not terrible and I can get used to it, but it just feels like I'm taking medicine to sleep.

      Good effect

      The powder is good and works really well, much better then the melatonin gummies I took prior, but the flavor can be a bit weak or off tasting a little
