The seal does not work if you don't screw the cap on really really tigth, but It can keep the temperature better then a Plastik one does.
Ended up with Dragon Fruit Punch, Titty Milk(blueberries and cream), and pineapple cocktail in my sample pack. All the flavors were awesome and mixed in well without a residue or weird mouth feel. Ended up purchasing a whole tub of sweet six pack(cherry pineapple).
