As stated amazing cups! It's just a shame I only got one sample pack. Which is kinda saddening because one cup is for me and the other is for my husband :/

The cap snaps on and off perfectly. It's not too loose and not too tight where you need to apply a lot of force. Everything mixes perfectly fine like you expect it to. While my order didn't come with the samples support was quick to order me some to replace the ones missing from my order. Great cup and very good customer support.

Should have come with a sample pack of flavors. It didn't. I reached out to customer service and they did put in a new order for sample packs but I've been waiting over a week just to confirm the order. Its going to be 3+ weeks before i MIGHT get part of my order. Disappointed I wanted to bundle these for a gift and it likely wont be here in time. Happened with 2 different sets I ordered.

got the shaker like promise, nut the 3 flavors pack included in the start pack (wrote in the description) wasn't inside in the end i paid 20$ for just a shaker

Works well, doesn't leak when shaking like some other brands. I like the added strainer, keeps ice in cup.

The cup is really nice and I like the gamer supps logo but I thought it would come with a few samples and it didnt :(

I haven’t been able to try your product yet. I ordered a 24oz rubber with 4 samples. I received the tumbler but the samples weren’t in the box. I emailed and was told some new samples weren’t sent out on the 8th (I have the shipping email) but I still haven’t received anything. So apparently I spent $30 on a plastic tumbler.

The cup is fine so far, but didnt get the free samples. 5 minute chat with support and they sent a replacement with no questions asked.

First time ordering anything from GamerSupps. I've seen a bunch about it on different creators I watch frequently. Not entirely disappointed with my whole order, but the fact that this item was supposed to include sample packs, and unfortunately didn't drops the rating for me, I would rate 3.5 but I'm not able to add a half star. The cup is easy to use, and easy to clean, which is a plus in my book. And when contacted about the lack of samples with the cup, even though I was questioned as if I wasn't being truthful about receiving the samples, the support ultimately set me up a new order with some samples, (unfortunately the 2-4 week delivery time kind of sucks) I look forward to seeing what flavors I receive. Paired with the Grandmas Ashes 100serving container, my experience has been good, and I will definitely be ordering more when payday comes around.

Didn’t get the samples, which was the main reason I ordered this.

ordered this as it had the sample packs, weeks later i received the cup and no sample packs!
they were quick to reply to me on the chat feature however even though they have the samples in stock now it will take them 4 weeks to send it out! which is completely unacceptable especially at the outrageous shipping fees they charge, i mention this to the chat agent and she said that's the situation, no care or customer service at all with that.
now i have to wait at least 6 weeks before i can even try this product and if its not life changing then i wouldn't bother with this hassle again!

My husband and I each have our own cup now! He really likes his GS cup, we're just a little sad that the sample packets didn't come with the rest of our order. Still an excellent cup!
