I have been drinking Gamersupps for a year now and Just Melon is my flavor of choice for a daily wake up, the other flavors I have tried are good, but are a bit too strong to deal with every day early in the morning when I need the caffeine. By having a more mellow flavor like Just Melon, I wake up everyday and even if I don't pine for it, it is still an easy drink unlike other caffeinated beverages.
Now I have an issue, I am on a lot of heavy psych medications for my schizophrenia, and the way these medications work is by slowing down your brain, and while that works to stop the hallucinations, it has the side effect of making you eternally tired. At my worst I was sleeping 12 hours a day and still be tired all day. I NEED caffeine, I quite frankly cannot exist as a normal human without several servings pumping though my veins.
That is good and all but would Gamersupps really be "Life Changing" if it just was tasty, but not strong? No! It keeps me awake all day long! Not to mention it has helped my lose about 10 pounds by allowing me to cut out sugary drinks such as Sodas and Red Bulls I was using for caffeine previously. I had been losing weight for a while but then plateaued at the beverage problem, I need caffeine to wake up, but other beverages are so full of sugar, or are coffee. (ew!) But by switching to the sugar free but definitely not caffeine free I lost another large chunk of weight. It made me able to wake up AND when I look in the mirror in the morning I am happier then ever!
It is my favorite flavor. Not super strong Melon flavor but just enough. My daily drink.
I purchased this product after a friend let me sample his which was a different flavor. I originally intended to get tje same flavor he had shared with me, but when I saw the melon flavor I know what I wanted. The taste didn't disappoint, and was even better than I anticipated. It was crisp, and clean with just the right amount of sweetness that didn't make it heavy or overwhelming as some sweeteners do. Almost too good... I had to remind myself this was an energy drink and not just down it. ;-)
If you have ever had melon milk. It perfectly emulates that flavor. Very tasty.
