Works great but taste is not so great. It was a weird choice to do grape it tastes exactly like cold medicine for kids it’s not pleasant. I also really wish it clear or a less bold color dye would have been used because it stains pretty immediately when you get it on anything.

Helps you sleep a little and wake up refreshed just watch your caffeine intake before using and don’t let it sit too long or it turns green

The first 2 times I made it I mess up. I advise to follow the instructions and do not sip an over filled cup of this. If you mix it with too much water and leave it out for 30 minutes, the color will go from purple to greenish grey as the magnesium rusts in the drink.

Drinking this rusted magnesium (I do not advise) is nasty and will immediately upset your stomach. The right way of doing it is just follow the instructions, and don't fill a whole Gamer supps cup of water.

Also reminder magnesium is a laxative, so make it wrong your stomach will explode. Make it correctly and you will just have an alright time in the bathroom.

Although my experience might sound horrible, overall if you make it right it's a pleasant grape flavor, and does help with sleep.

This does work. Nice way to initiate a wind down for the day and to encourage rest and regroup. Love the simple label. Flavor is great.

I think it works well? I've always had a terrible time getting to sleep and this helps guide my brain to that restful state but doesn't actually put me to sleep. It would probably help more if it didn't have a chalky after taste with two scoops in 25oz of water. All in all it's a good product and doesn't taste like fake medicine grape like I expected.
